Simple, prepaid pricing
Pay once for a plan, then a small amount per store each month — based on that month's orders. Every charge is shown in your wallet.
In short: you buy a plan (from ₹5,000) and its amount goes into your Prism Seller wallet as credits — 1 credit = ₹1, with bonus credits on bigger plans. Each Meesho store is then charged once a month, after the month ends, at a price set by that month's orders and how many stores you run. Credits never expire. Creating an account and trying the sample store is free.
During our launch, monthly store charges are paused: no store is being charged, so the credits from your plan stay in your wallet until charging starts.
Plans
Your plan decides which extra features you get, for as long as it still has credits. If you buy more than one, you get the best of them until its credits are used. Plans also come with services from our team — months of manager support, and data analysis for your accounts — as the table shows. The data analysis accounts are also how many stores (Meesho accounts) a plan covers.

Monthly store charge
Each store is charged per month from your credits. The price per store depends on the store's orders that month (the row) and how many stores you run (the column) — the more stores, the less each one costs.

- Charged after the month ends, on that month's real orders — never on an estimate.
- While a month runs, its charges so far are shown in your wallet. If they reach your balance, the account turns read-only — you can still see everything — until you top up. Nothing is deleted.
- Older months you upload from before your first plan are charged when you add them, or free on plans that include past data.
- A month that changes (a late file, say) is worked out again, and only the difference moves.
An example
A seller with one store and 800 orders in September pays the one-store price for 1 – 1,000 orders — ₹499 — in early October, from their credits. With two stores of 800 orders each, each store costs ₹399, so ₹798 in all.
Invoices, GST and refunds
- Every plan purchase comes with a downloadable invoice; add your GSTIN under Settings → Billing and it is printed on it.
- Pay online by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer — write to us for that.
- Bought a plan by mistake and used none of its credits? Write to us within 7 days for a full refund — see the refund policy.
Pricing questions
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes. Creating an account is free, and a sample store of made-up Meesho orders shows everything Prism Seller finds before you add your own store. Adding a real store needs a plan. You can also book a demo on your own data.
What happens when my credits run out?
We warn you as your balance gets low. If the month's charges reach your balance, the account becomes read-only until you top up.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your wallet until they are used.
Which marketplaces are included?
Meesho. Prism Seller supports Meesho only today.
