Figures come from your reports

Every figure in Prism Seller is calculated from the reports you upload, or that our extension collects, from your Meesho supplier panel. If a report is missing, incomplete or wrong, or Meesho changes how it reports something, our figures can be incomplete or wrong too. Meesho's own records are the final word on what you were paid.

Not professional advice

Prism Seller helps you review your orders and payments. It is not accounting, tax, GST or legal advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making tax filings or financial decisions based on it.

Check before you claim

When Prism Seller shows a difference — an underpaid order, a missing payout, a return to claim — check it against your Meesho panel before raising a ticket or claim. Claims are made by you, under Meesho's own rules and time limits; we cannot make them for you or guarantee their outcome.
