Four ways to check your Meesho payments

Every Meesho seller checks their settlements somehow. Here is how the usual ways compare — including when Prism Seller is not the right choice.

In short: the Meesho panel shows orders and payments but leaves matching them to you; a spreadsheet works but takes hours and is redone every month; multi-marketplace tools suit sellers on several marketplaces; Prism Seller is built only for Meesho and goes deepest into Meesho's own reports — every payment row, return and deduction, matched and checked automatically.

“Multi-marketplace tool” describes the category in general; individual tools differ — ask any tool which Meesho reports and columns it reads.

The Meesho supplier panel alone

The panel is where the reports come from, and for a handful of orders it is enough. But payments and orders live in separate reports, a payout often arrives in a later month's file, and one order can have several payment rows — so checking each order means putting the pieces together yourself.

A spreadsheet

A spreadsheet can do it: download the reports, look up each Sub Order No, add up its rows and compare. It costs nothing but time — often hours a month — and it is easy to count an overlapping row twice or miss a late payout. Our guide How to reconcile Meesho payments walks through the steps if you want to do it this way.

A multi-marketplace reconciliation tool

If you sell on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho and want one tool for all of them, a multi-marketplace tool is the natural choice. Because they cover many marketplaces, how deeply each one reads Meesho's own reports varies — worth checking before you choose.

Prism Seller

Prism Seller does one marketplace and goes deep: it reads Meesho's reports column by column, matches every payment row across every file, runs ten checks on every order, and adds the returns desk, profit, ads and GST views around them. See all features and pricing.

When Prism Seller is not the right choice

  • You sell mainly on marketplaces other than Meesho — Prism Seller supports Meesho only today.
  • You have only a few orders a month and a spreadsheet already gives you the answers.
  • You need order processing or listing tools — Prism Seller only reads reports; it never acts on your Meesho account.
