Everything Prism Seller does for a Meesho seller

Prism Seller reads the reports you download from the Meesho supplier panel and turns them into answers: what you were paid, what is still due, what went missing and what you really earned.

In short: Prism Seller is a settlement-audit tool for Meesho sellers. It matches every order to every payment, return and deduction across all your Meesho reports, flags the orders where the money does not add up, helps you claim it back, and shows real profit per order and product. It works with Meesho only, today.

Payment reconciliation and settlement audit

Every payment row in every payment file is matched to its order by Sub Order No — including payouts that land months later, return deductions, claims and recoveries. Rows repeated by overlapping files are counted once; nothing is ever overwritten.

  • Settled and pending on one screen, with the orders still waiting for payment grouped by how long they have waited.
  • Every settlement part itemised — commission, fixed fee, warehousing, shipping, return shipping, return premium, platform fee, other charges, GST compensation, TCS, TDS, claims and recoveries — in a Deductions view by payment month.
  • Account-level money from the payment workbook (ads cost, compensation and recovery, referral) kept apart from orders.
  • Every order's full story, from placement to payout, with the file and row each number came from.

How the matching works is explained step by step in How to reconcile Meesho payments.

Mismatch checks on every order

Ten checks run on every order, each with a plain sentence saying what is wrong:

  • delivered but not paid after 45 days,
  • delivered but settled at ₹0 or less,
  • an RTO with money moved on it,
  • a return with no deduction, or returned to you 30+ days ago with the deduction still missing,
  • a settlement under half the sale amount,
  • more than one forward payout,
  • a rejected claim,
  • a payment with no matching order,
  • shipping far above what the product usually costs — often a weight discrepancy.

An order is only called late when the payment files you have reach past its due date, so a missing file never looks like missing money.

Claim assistant

“Prepare claim” on a flagged order writes the ticket text for you — Sub Order No, what happened and the amounts — ready to paste into Meesho support. Prism Seller then watches the payment files and shows what has been paid since you raised it. It never acts on the Meesho panel itself: you raise the ticket.

Returns and RTO desk

  • Every return and RTO by stage — on its way, out for delivery to you, delivered back — from Meesho's three returns reports.
  • Scan parcels with a barcode scanner or your phone's camera; mark each one fine, damaged, wrong item or missing; attach up to six photos.
  • A claim countdown from the courier's delivered-back date, and claims followed until the money arrives.
  • A parcel scanned before the returns report lists it is kept and matched later.
  • A courier report card with a 30-day trend, and return and RTO rates per product and per state.

More in Meesho returns and RTO: track every parcel and claim on time.

Profit and costs

Fill in a cost sheet: product cost per product — per size if sizes cost differently, and with dates, so a price change only applies from when it happened — plus packaging, GST on each (inside the cost or on top), the share of the product lost on a customer return, the packaging lost on an RTO, other costs and return handling; it shows each unit's total tax and total cost. Prism Seller works out real profit per order, product and month, with a product scorecard and break-even view. Kept orders carry their purchase cost; returns and RTOs carry what they lose.

Ads spend

Meesho ads spend is read from the payment workbook by campaign and period and taken off your profit. Orders that came from ads are marked, so you can see what the ads brought in against what they cost.

Data check and downloads

A data check on the Upload page lists the months and reports that are missing, so the numbers are never quietly incomplete. You can download your orders as a CSV at any time.

GST and accounts

  • Your monthly Meesho GST reports kept in one place, with sales and returns totalled by rate and by state.
  • A GSTR-1 summary (intra-state sales as CGST + SGST, inter-state as IGST, from your GSTIN's state).
  • TCS and TDS collected on your sales, month by month, for your tax credits.
  • An accounting journal whose vouchers always balance, with a Tally XML file that imports as journal vouchers.

Label Generate

Turn Meesho's label PDFs into sorted, grouped print sheets — by product, size or your own groups — ready for packing. Label PDFs are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers.

Prism Seller - Extension

Our Chrome extension collects your reports from the Meesho supplier panel for you: on demand, or with Live sync three times a day. It works inside your own logged-in Meesho tab — it never asks for or sees your Meesho password — and it only reads and downloads reports. It never changes orders, labels or anything else in your panel.

Once you have an account, you add it from your profile menu → Prism Seller - Extension, sign in with your Prism Seller login and open your Meesho supplier panel — it finds the store by its supplier ID. Syncing works on plans that include the extension (see Pricing).

Several stores, one team

  • Run several Meesho accounts: look at each store, or all of them together in a combined view.
  • Give your team their own logins with a fixed role — manager, accountant, operations or viewer — and, if you like, only some stores.
  • Two-step sign-in, a list of signed-in devices, and an activity trail of who changed what.
  • Alerts for what needs you, and a sample store of made-up orders to try everything before adding your own.

What it does not do

Prism Seller does not process orders, print invoices on Meesho's behalf, or change anything in your Meesho account. It supports Meesho only today. It cannot see money that is not in the reports you bring in — the more months of reports it has, the more it can check. How your data is handled is on the security page.
