Getting started
What does Prism Seller do?
It reads the reports from your Meesho supplier panel — orders, payments, returns, tickets — and matches them order by order. You see each order's real status, what Meesho should have paid you, what it did pay, and every order where the two don't match.
Who is Prism Seller for?
Meesho sellers of every size — from a single store to sellers running several Meesho accounts — and the accountants and teams who help them.
Which marketplaces does it support?
Meesho only, today. Prism Seller is built so that other marketplaces can be added; tell us which one you need next.
How do I get my data in?
Either upload the reports you download from the Meesho panel (Orders, Payments, Returns and so on — zips are fine), or add Prism Seller - Extension, our Chrome extension, from your account once you have signed in — it collects them for you. With Live sync on it does this three times a day by itself.
Which Meesho reports do I need?
At least the Orders report and the Payment File (previous payments). The three returns reports (In Transit, OFD Reverse, Completed) and the supplier ticket status add the returns desk and claim outcomes; the monthly GST report adds the GST views.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Creating an account is free, and a sample store of made-up Meesho orders shows everything Prism Seller finds. Adding your own store needs a plan. You can also book a demo on your own data.
Data and security
Is my data safe? Does the extension see my Meesho password?
Your data is visible only to your account and the team members you add. The extension works inside your own logged-in Meesho tab and never sees, asks for or stores your Meesho password. We never sell or share your data, and you can delete a file, a store or your whole account whenever you like.
Does Prism Seller change anything in my Meesho account?
No. It only reads the reports you bring in. The Chrome extension only reads and downloads reports from your panel — it never changes orders, labels or anything else, and Prism Seller never raises tickets on your behalf.
Are my label PDFs uploaded to your servers?
No. Label Generate processes Meesho's label PDFs in your own browser; the PDFs are never uploaded. Only your saved groups and label settings are stored with your account.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Remove a single file from Upload history, delete a store under Stores, or delete your whole account under Account. Deleted data is removed from our database.
Reports and results
How does Prism Seller find underpaid orders?
Each payment row splits the settlement into parts — sale, commission, fees, shipping, return charges, TCS, TDS and adjustments. Prism Seller adds up every row for each order across all your payment files and runs ten checks: delivered but not paid, settled at ₹0, RTO with money moved, return without deduction, unusually low settlement, duplicate payout, returned but not yet deducted, claim rejected, paid but not in an Orders file, and shipping far above usual.
Why does an order show as pending when Meesho has paid it?
Its payout is probably in a payment file you have not brought in yet — Meesho often pays an order in a later month's file. Upload every payment file you have (or let the extension collect them) and the order moves to settled. The data check on the Upload page lists the months that are missing.
Can I add my older data?
Yes. Upload as many past months as Meesho lets you download. Months before your first plan are charged when you add them, or free on plans that include past data — see the pricing page.
Does it help me claim money back from Meesho?
Yes. 'Prepare claim' on a flagged order writes the ticket text with the order, what happened and the amounts, ready to paste into Meesho support. The return desk counts down the claim window on damaged, wrong or missing returns, and Prism Seller shows what has been paid since a claim was raised.
Can my accountant or team use it?
Yes. Give each person their own login with a fixed role — manager, accountant, operations or viewer — and, if you like, only some of your stores. GST summaries and a Tally XML journal are ready for your accountant.
Pricing and billing
How does pricing work?
You choose a plan and the amount goes into your wallet as credits (1 credit = ₹1), with bonus credits on bigger plans. Each store is charged a small amount once a month, after the month ends, based on that month's orders and how many stores you run. Credits never expire. The pricing page shows the current plans and prices, and whether monthly charges are being taken during our launch.
What happens if my credits run out?
Nothing is lost. We warn you as your balance gets low; if the month's charges reach your balance, the account becomes read-only — you can still see all your data — until you top up.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Every plan purchase comes with an invoice you can download. Add your GSTIN under Settings → Billing and it is printed on your invoices.
Can I get a refund?
If you bought a plan by mistake and have not used any of its credits, write to us within 7 days for a full refund. See our refund policy for the details.
