Short version: we use the cookies needed to run the app, and Google Analytics cookies only if you say yes. Never advertising cookies.
This policy explains the cookies used by Prism Seller, operated by Spaweval Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work (for example, to keep you signed in); others measure how a site is used, or follow you for advertising. Prism Seller uses the first kind, analytics cookies only with your permission, and never advertising cookies.
The cookies we use

These cookies are essential: without them you cannot sign in. They are first-party (set by Prism Seller only), cannot be read by other websites, and are never used for advertising.
Analytics cookies — only if you allow them
We use Google Analytics to learn which pages and features help sellers, so we can improve them. The first time you visit, we ask. Until you say yes, no analytics cookies are set: Google receives at most a cookieless signal that a page was opened. If you say yes, these cookies are set:

What we send to Google Analytics: the pages opened (without anything after a “?” in the address, and with order and invoice numbers taken out), and actions such as signing up, logging in, buying a plan (which plan and how much) or sending us a message. We never send your name, email, phone number, GSTIN, store names, orders or reports. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off, and the admin panel and pages opened from one-time links are never measured.
Other storage in your browser
The web app keeps a few small settings in your browser's own storage: whether you hid the getting-started card, and your answer about analytics cookies. They never leave your browser. The Chrome extension keeps its sign-in and sync progress in Chrome's own storage, as described in our Privacy Policy.
No advertising
We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies, and we do not let advertisers set cookies through our site.
Your choices
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the sign-in cookies above, you will not be able to sign in to Prism Seller; refusing analytics cookies changes nothing in how the site works.
