Why Prism Seller exists
A busy Meesho seller ships hundreds or thousands of orders a month. Each one passes through several reports — orders, payments, returns, tickets — and each report tells only part of the story. Matching them by hand in spreadsheets takes hours, and small differences — a deduction here, a missing payout there — slip through and add up.
Prism Seller does that matching for you. It reads the reports you already download from the Meesho supplier panel, joins them order by order, and shows what you were paid, what is still pending, and exactly where the numbers do not add up.
What we believe
- Your numbers should be clear. Every figure links back to the report and row it came from, so you can check it — and show it to Meesho when you raise a ticket.
- Your data belongs to you. It is private to your account, never sold or shared, and you can delete it whenever you like.
- Tools should save time, not add work. Upload a file or let our Chrome extension collect your reports; the rest happens by itself.
- Pricing should be fair and simple. Top up once, pay a small amount per store each month, and see every charge in your wallet.

How we build it
Prism Seller reads Meesho's own reports column by column. Every rule — how a payout is matched, when an order counts as late, what makes a settlement look wrong — is tested against real Meesho files, and the parts of each payment row are checked to add up to its Final Settlement Amount to the paisa. What we learn goes into our guides and glossary, free for every seller.
